Questions

The things people ask before they buy.

Why aren't the prices on the page?

Because the honest number depends on things we can't guess from a website — how many people need a seat, how much AI work your volume actually generates, and how much data has to be brought across at onboarding. A published price would be wrong for most companies in both directions. Ask us and you'll get a real number on the first call, not a discovery process.

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

No. Enterprise exists for exactly this — the agents sit on top of what you already run, connect to your mailbox and your existing system, do the work, and hand the finished record back. Nothing migrates unless you want it to, and plenty of companies stay there indefinitely.

What is a credit, in plain terms?

A unit of AI work. Reading an email thread, analysing an artwork file, drafting a reply and matching a product each consume credits, because each one is a real call to a model that costs real money. Your monthly allowance covers normal volume; we'll size it with you against your actual enquiry count rather than guessing.

Is there a contract?

Annual by default, with monthly available at a higher rate. Onboarding is quoted separately against a written scope so nobody discovers a services bill at the end.

How long does implementation take?

Starter can be live quickly, because there is very little to configure. A full Operator go-live depends almost entirely on how clean your price tables and product data are — that's the honest answer, and it's the first thing we look at on the call.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export it. Customers, orders, quotes, artwork and financial records are yours, and getting them out is a feature rather than a support ticket.

Do you charge per order or per transaction?

No. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one on the subscription side. Only AI usage moves, and only when the agent is actually doing work.

Watch it do the job.

Send us one real enquiry — the email, the purchase order, the artwork, the messy bits — and we'll run it through the agents in the first ten minutes of the call. That's a faster argument than anything we could write here.
